OUR STORY

Our love story starts with one big, dramatic moment:

“WHAT?! Gwen has a brother?!”

For nearly 30 years, Regina had been close friends with Gwen, completely unaware that Gwen had any siblings. Not one. ZERO. Then, in March 2022, at a sip-and-paint for Regina’s best friend Kenya’s birthday, fate decided to reveal a surprise.

Kenya’s sister, Tawana, who also happens to be Charles’s first cousin, introduced the two with the simple line:

“You know this is Gwen’s brother, Charles, right?”

Regina looked at Charles.
Then at Tawana.
Then back at Charles.

Total shock! Gwen didn’t just have one brother: she had two, and nobody had ever said a word.

Life went on, but that unexpected introduction stayed tucked in Regina’s mind. A couple of years later, the memory resurfaced. Curious and hopeful, she reached out to Gwen to ask about Charles. The first message went completely over Gwen’s head.
The second time, the hint finally landed.

And the rest? MAGIC!

What started as a chance introduction, hidden for decades in the most familiar circle, grew into a love story rooted in timing, connection, and the most unexpected twist: the perfect person was there all along…just a secret sibling away.
